Need to make a payment on your IHMVCU loan or credit card using a non-IHMVCU financial institution? Not a problem. You can make a payment using a debit card or checking/savings account from an external financial institution under 'Move money' while in our online or mobile banking.
Text banking
Utilize texting to manage your account
Make saving even easier with text banking. By texting one of our text banking commands to 454545, you can transfer money between your accounts, check balances, review recent transactions, and more.

How do I set up text banking?
- From your desktop, login to Online Banking and click on MY SETTINGS in the upper right corner
- At the bottom of the page, click ALERTS & NOTIFICATIONS
- Under the Text Message Banking column, click UPDATE
- Under ACCOUNT I USE MOST, use the drop down to select your SAVINGS ACCOUNT
- Under WHEN LOW, TRANSFER MONEY FROM, use the drop down to select your CHECKING ACCOUNT
- Click DONE

What are the text banking commands?
- TRANS (amount you wish to transfer) = Transfer money from checking to savings
- BAL ALL = All balances
- BAL CHK = Checking balance
- BAL SAV = Savings balance
- LAST = Last 5 checking transactions
Online banking and mobile app deletion request
Your online and mobile banking services remain in effect until they are terminated by you or us. You may cancel your services anytime by notifying us of your intent to do so. See this information sheet for details on how to request deletion of your data.
